Neighborhood groups in Vermilion County receive up to 3 hours with an Urban and Regional Planner who will gather their vision and goals before mapping and cross-referencing those goals with data. The final product can be used in discussions, reports, and applications to stakeholders. 
 
A rate of of $35/hr. begins if the meeting extends past the 3 hour mark. 
 
The rate is $35/ hour for neighborhood groups outside of Vermilion County and any other group/business/nonprofit interested in this service.  One hour of time will typically suffice.
