Competitive grant applications begin with competent organizations. For a minimal donation of $1,500, My Happy Place will provide your organization with a consultant to assist your board with launching a nonprofit organization. This service includes:
 
The cost of state exemption and federal streamlined exemption filing fees
Assistance with the initial board meeting and schedule of filings
Website and social media setup
Introduction of standard policies and operating procedures for board approval
Mission related income generation ideas
A maximum of 10 combined hours of service from an organizational consultant, urban planner, and grant manager for 30 days.
 
NOTE: There are no refunds on donations. Applicants who received assistance from My Happy Place in FY25 are not eligible for "fee-for-service" items.
